Hospital Survival Kit for Daddy :)

I saw this "Hospital Survival Kit" for dads on Pinterest and knew immediately I wanted to do it for my sweet husband, so I made him a basket full of goodies he can use while we are in the hospital.

We are getting closer & closer to Miller's due date(16 days to be exact), so I decided to go ahead and give him his "Hospital Survival Kit"! Miller could really arrive anytime now, so I wanted have all these things packed in Jonathan's hospital bag!

So, here is my version of the "Hospital Survival Kit" for my husband.

  His kit includes:
-His favorite snacks for when he is hungry: Beef Jerky & Granola Bars
-Some caffeinated drinks for energy: Red Bull & Diet Mountain Dew
-Basic Toiletries if he wants to shower: travel deodorant, shampoo, toothbrush/paste, and bodywash.
-Something to read: A autobiography book about Navy Seals & a funny little comic book called "Darth Vadar & Son (we LOVE Star Wars & I thought it would be cute/funny since we are about to have a son!)

And that's it! :) Hoping these goodies will make our trip to the hospital more comfy for my baby's daddy!

& Since I found this fabulous idea on Pinterest,
I'm linking up with Stephanie & Katie for Saw it. Pinned it. Did it!

That's precious Valerie! I need to do the same :) Actually last night I went to Target and got the mmommy 'post baby' essentials. I was in a descent mood, so I figured I'd go get those things while I felt good about it, haha. Up next is Daddy and baby's bag :)

I've seen hospital lists for mamas all over the place, but never seen one for daddies. This is such a good idea! And so sweet:) I'm sure your hubby will appreciate that you thought of him during this time, and will love all of the yummy snacks/toiletries/books while y'all are in the hospital! 16 days? Eeek!!! Your countdown is getting closer and closer!!!

Love love love this idea! I never even thought of doing something like that. I'm due in 5 weeks so I will definitely have to throw one of these together for my husband before then!

What a cute way to get some special things for your hubby together! I got things for my hubby too, but it wasn't in a cute little basket like that. One thing I would suggest is having some slippers for him (and you). My hubby is not a wearer of slippers, but he went out and bought some while we were at the hospital because he was getting up to help me so much.

So exciting! I saw that Darth Vader and Son book and definitely plan on purchasing it when our family starts expanding.

This is the sweetest idea. It looks great and I know your husband will love it.

Cute idea! My husband spent hours and hours playing games on his phone and watching Game of Thrones on the iPad. Snacks and a book would have been smart. :)

thinking about making my own but I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any points or suggestions? Cheers
